Big companies affiliated with UFC that contribute/donate monies to help start new gym?

Im a 26yr old female interested in opening my own BJJ gym that would only host pro and official BJJ tournaments. Gym would have open matt concept, and only be used for hosting fair and legit BJJ tournaments in my area. A chance for serious aspiring MMA fighters and avid BJJ fighters to learn,grow,and compete in a safe and professional enviorment.
