Can you find someone's email address from someone's skype name?

Someone who knows me has been bothering me constantly. Skype support is not willing to help other than by advising me to report abuse and block the contacts. However, as I reckon whoever is doing it is constantly creating new accounts, blocking only works until a new skype account is created. I would like to be able to identify the perpetrator.
