Is it true that it is LEGAL to kill Christians in Norway?

I heard a story about some people burning down a Christian church in Norway that had people inside. The story goes that the perpetrators were only convicted of arson not murder because it is LEGAL to kill Christians in Norway. Is there any truth to this? or have I been misinformed.
