Are men the originators of what women use to put eachother down?

in no way am I saying they are the main perpetrators but didn't they create the habit of using words like sl.ut who.re f.at and u.gly etc? Now modern day girls use it against EACHOTHER a lot more and it is also influencing the younger girls. What is even worse is that girl are reverse-influencing new guys to bully women that way as well
