Bright cellphones at the movies?

People talking on their phones, and ringing phones are no longer a problem at the movies. The problem now are the idiots who keep checking their phones, which light up bright like the sun raping my eyes in the theater. My question is, next time I see this, should I murder the perpetrator right there and then, or wait until after the movie?
