Can i write a letter to the trial judge in family court after the trial?

the trial judge found the father to be the perpetrator of sexual assault on our daughter when she was 5. We have a 5 yr clets restraining order and no visitation was ordered until it could be established that even monitored visits would be in the childs best interests. She is now 9 and we are before another judge who has ordered reunification and said that he spoke to the trial judge. He has assigned a therapist, psychologist and minors council to the case. They are all connected and stick together against me who is trying to protect my daughter. My daughter has regressed and is not doing well . She has been re-traumatized and forced to see her perpetrator. What can i do to protect her? Can I write to the trial judge or the Superior Court? This judge is pushing forward and putting reunification ahead of my daughters best interests. No one cares about how this is affecting my daughter. No one listens to her or myself. It seems that bthe court has its own agenda and is doing whatever it wants so that father can have a relationship with his daughter. It is crazy and my daughter is being destroyed. What should I do? Minor's council attacks me and has even suggested taking her from the home and placing her somewhere so that this process can go forward. Help !!
