Is that right to demand proper burial in Islam for murderer of innocent people like Osama bin laden?

I heard many scolars objected the burial of terrorist Osama bin laden. He did not just act against human being but in fact Islam itself. It could have been justified if proper burial as per religious rights for ordinary criminals but not a murderer of humanity. Those who object regarding Osama burial issue should be in fact treated as perpetrators of terrorism itself. US Nevy seal did right thing dumping monster's body into sea.
