Jared Loughner Conspiracy?

A broski of mine told me that Jared Loughner (the perpetrator of the Tucson killings), did what he did because he discovered "government" secrets he (or anyone else) wasn't supposed to know. The "government" wanted him either dead or to dissapear, and he carried out the killings in order to escape them in the "safety" of jail. It would be really awesome if you could give me a link to where my friend found this information, or whether he made it all up.
