What percentage of rapes,murders,violent attacks & robberies in Ireland are carried out by non-Irish nationals?

In Oslo, Norway ALL the rape perpetrators that could be identified by their victims in the last 5 years were "non western" men, as the news piece below from Norwegian TV and the Oslo police show.
