Would you do this for your cousin and her baby?

if you're capable of doing it then i would say GO FOR IT! She can then visit the baby and be your babysitter for both your kids! it would also be fun fr your other child to have a playmate. also maybe one day your cousin will be able to care for the baby herself, so really you would just be like a long time baby sitter :) good luck, you sound like a real nice genuine person!
