I am a 17 year old boy, who rows competitively. I made it to scholastic nationals in my jv 4+, and we got 19th out of 36. My 2k is only 7:08, and I am having trouble geting it below 7. I am looking for advice on a good weekly workout to get my 2k below 7 minutes and hopefully closer to my goal of below 6:40 (I know its a longshot) by the end of the summer. Speed problems with my horse?

So I own a 13 year old Appendix Quarter Horse gelding. At the end of April he was ruuning 16.3's in barrel racing at an arena. A huge wave of EHV-1 hit our area, so I was out of competing for about a month. And while I was out of competing, I did practice with him on barrels, poles, etc. Now there's a summer series of speed at the same arena we were running 16.2 and 16.3's at. Now he's running 17.0's and 17.5's there. The first Summer Series, he ran a 25.4 in poles, a 17.5 in barrels and a 10.4 in straitaways. Before he was running 23.1's in poles, 16.2's in barrels, and 9.8's in straits. I went and ran him again today, we got a 17.0 in barrels and 10.4 again in straits. What's wrong? It's like all of my horse's speed has dissapeared! Pleas help! Thanks so much!

Basically, I'm a goalkeeper, and not a big one, so i don't have much presence in the box. Are there ways of competing for a ball in the air and knocking everyone else out of the way. I thought maybe one solution was to jump up, go through the attacker and into the ball. But I worry one day, when his parents die or fall ill, he will secretly blame be for his estrangement. As it is, his siblings would never even allow him to come to his parents' funerals-- I assure you. They would probably phsyically attack him. The siblings are all hangers-on, dependent on his parents for everything. None of them have spouses. We all know there are a number of people probably now in prison who were charged with a crime they didn't commit. We've heard the stories of people being freed 20 years after they've spent time in prison for murder. Sad stories. Lets pretend you are convicted of a murder you didn't commit. So the evidence is stacked against the perpetrator but you are the person who was at the wrong place at the wrong crime. Since nobody believes you and only believes what the evidence shows, and you're about to have your life freedoms and rights stolen from you, how do you handle that? Why would someone lie so much?

So i have known this girl for almost 10 years, and if i had a best friend i guess it would be her. There are some crimes that are so disgustingly evil that i think that the perpetrator should be sentenced to "death by pain" or maybe something like 20 years of torture or having their limbs cut off. Shooting in busy street in the U.S.?

A few years ago, maybe around 2005, I remember hearing on the news about a man dressed in black wearing a balaclava ski mask, opened fire in a busy street with an automatic submachine gun. It was in a fairly large U.S. city but I cant remember which one. the trial judge found the father to be the perpetrator of sexual assault on our daughter when she was 5. We have a 5 yr clets restraining order and no visitation was ordered until it could be established that even monitored visits would be in the childs best interests. She is now 9 and we are before another judge who has ordered reunification and said that he spoke to the trial judge. He has assigned a therapist, psychologist and minors council to the case. I see your pretty stuck on the first name being Madeline Elise, and I agree, it's a great name. There are many possible nicknames and it isn't a huge mouthful. Personally, when choosing names for kids, I believe that the middle name should be something that means something important to the parents, but that the first name should be something that the child will like. Since your picking names for twins, you'd probably want to pick names that set the two apart so that they won't always be thought of as the same and so that they can be their own individuals.
